How can MMT help me to strengthen my visa application?
MMT assists applicants in preparing their visa applications according to the checklist.
We also analyse visa rejection cases to identify key issues & provide guidance on how to improve the applications.
Some tips:
Cover Letter: Avoid using a standard draft or template for the cover letter. Personalise your cover letter with details of current status (e.g., employee, entrepreneur, housewife/ househusband, student), the purpose of travel, and who will cover the expenses during the trip.
Sponsored Visas: Visas can be sponsored by immediate family members. In these cases, applicants require a sponsorship letter, the sponsor’s employment & financial details, and the applicant’s personal financial documents.
Avoid any bulk transactions (credit) in your account other than your regular income transaction. In case there is a bulk transfer, make sure to mention the reason for the same in your cover letter.
Kindly ensure that your income reconciles with the information shared in your Income Tax Returns.
Kindly provide authentic details while filling out the visa application form.
Kindly note that MakeMyTrip will assist with the documentation, process etc. The decision to grant the visa or not, duration of the visa is at the discretion of the Embassy/ Consulate.
What information will my Schengen visa have?

Duration of Stay: Specifies the maximum number of days you can remain in the Schengen area. For example, if ‘Duration of Stay’ is mentioned as 30 days, then you can stay only for maximum 30 days in a 180-day period, even if your visa validity is for 1 year.
